One Sample Is Easy. Can 100 Pumps Stay Consistent? | AIKON CMS Factory Testing
One good sample doesn’t prove a whole batch.
When a customer orders 50, 100, or more circulation pumps, the real question is:
Will every pump in the batch perform consistently?
That’s why before delivery, we focus on the problems customers care about most:
① Startup & speed testing
Can the pump start normally? Are all speed settings working correctly?
② Abnormal noise & vibration
We check for unusual friction, impact sounds or vibration during operation.
③ Water & leakage inspection
Connections, pump body and inlet/outlet areas are checked under actual water testing.
④ Performance verification
Key operating data such as flow, head, power and current are checked according to the inspection requirements.
⑤ Order verification
Model, voltage, frequency and order information are checked again before packaging.
For a buyer, the goal isn’t simply to receive one good sample.
It’s to receive a batch that is consistent, reduce unexpected problems after installation, and spend less time dealing with after-sales issues.
At AIKON, the purpose of these checks is simple:
Keep the problems in the factory — not with the customer.
